Chain restaurants are looking around in the SOHO and Hyde Park area.
We have heard that the Mellow Mushroom with over 100 locations may be coming in the Fall to Hyde Park Village. They have a store in north Tampa and 12 in Florida.

AND World of Beer has been looking around for a location for awhile as well. They have 8 locations for now with three in Tampa and one in St. Pete.
