Drink Now Open !

Well, they finally made it ! Drink opened on Friday night for family and friends.

If you had ever been to the Red House, Po'Boys, or Corner Bar, you probably should go back and have a look. There are some very good changes.

First, the bathrooms. This was always a great bar, but the bathrooms were horrible at best. They have been cleaned up and rebuilt. Much better.
Second, the bar has moved. The new location is farther north allowing for better access to :
Third, a much larger outdoor patio and
Fourth, an overall more up to date appearance.

In keeping with the keep it simple design theory in place at AJA, this club has not added pictures and "stuff". A simple brushed metal look designs combined with white and a redish/orange color give the club a comfortable feel.

Expect some transition over time as with all clubs, but they got off to a good start. The staff was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable - not bad at any time, but especially on their first night was a good sign.

We talked with property owner Hank Brown at the opening. He was very happy to have gotten this far after over a year of delays.
